When it comes to post-construction cleaning, the amount of construction debris left behind can vary quite a bit, depending on what the contractors did to prevent and clean up the debris created during the project. For that reason, we require a walkthrough for any post-construction cleaning in order to assess the state of the home and confirm our quotes. Or, create your booking but make a note that this will be a post-construction cleaning, and we will follow up with a request for a walkthrough.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

1. Ideally, your general contractor covered your return vents with a pre-filter before work was started.

2. Replace return filters after construction is complete, even if there was a pre-filter. If there wasn’t, we definitely recommend replacing your return filters.

3. Please do not schedule cleaning services while contractors are still working.
